Individual Counselling
Every client is unique, we have individual life patterns, relationships and personal challenges so it would follow that your therapy is also unique to you. In your therapy sessions I try to create a supportive, collaborative environment where your individual needs inform what we do together. I do not subscribe to some pre-determined theory of what is going to work for you and as such we need to stick rigidly to it.
I have worked with clients who arrive in therapy struggling with many and varying types of personal difficulties.
Some examples have been listed below:
- Decision Making
- Issues related to the work environment
- Problems related to children
- Anger management
- Low Self-Confidence
- Emotional well being
- Low-Self Esteem
- Self Harm
- Stress
- Trauma
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Personal relationship
- Family and Childhood Experiences
- Coping with Grief and Loss
This list is not exhaustive but a sample of what we are able to work together with. It you are unsure then please feel free to contact me to discuss.
